The Cicloturista Gran Canaria Bike Week will double participation in its 30th edition

The organization announced the details of the event for which athletes from 10 countries and 19 Spanish provinces have already registered.

Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, November 21.- The bicycle week of the island presented in the Gran Canaria Arena the novelties of its 30th edition that will take place from December 2 to 8 under the co-organization of the Town Hall of San Bartolomé de Tirajana and the company DG Eventos. The director-manager of the Insular Institute of Sports, Alfredo Gonçalves, and the Minister of Tourism of the Cabildo of Gran Canaria, Inés Jiménez, highlighted the importance of a test that highlights the unbeatable conditions offered by the island for sports in general and cycling in particular. The sporting director of the event, Ángel García, detailed relevant aspects of the week that will start on day 2 with the Desafío La Titánica ‘Continue is to win’, a route of 97 kilometers that will link the Faro de Maspalomas with Artenara.
